Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, healthcare analytics, or pharmaceutical market data.
- At least 3 years focused on U.S. payer/market access data products.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare payer ecosystem (PBMs, benefit design, market access).
- Hands-on experience with healthcare datasets (formulary, claims, reference data).
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and BI tools like Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with SaaS/data product commercialization.
- Full-cycle talent management experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, architecture, and implementation strategy for U.S. payer and market access data products.
- Drive multi-product roadmap planning and identify opportunities for new use cases.
- Manage third-party healthcare data vendor relationships and ensure integration quality.
- Define and govern data models, classification frameworks, and quality assurance standards.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional product team, owning the full talent lifecycle.
- Serve as a trusted product authority for internal commercial teams.
- Lead the resolution of complex client-reported data issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Drive operational excellence by standardizing processes and introducing automation.
