- Strong platform and reliability mindset.
- Experience with system-level risks like stubs and regression coverage.
- Proven ability to influence without authority across diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort using data to make prioritization decisions.
- Experience owning a roadmap spanning near-term execution and long-term strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve demo flows and sandbox experiences for AI and personalization.
- Drive a demo reliability programme including instrumentation and regression coverage.
- Own the release-readiness process for new product capabilities.
- Establish intake and prioritization systems for sales-driven demo requests.
- Enable self-serve sandbox workflows for AE tasks.
- Drive the Disruptive Demo as a reusable storytelling asset.
- Set the foundation for Product-Led Growth and define hypotheses.
