Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of successful sales experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer product field.
- Experience providing remote support in a regulated environment.
- Demonstrates persistence and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure.
- Effective prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Sequel’s product portfolio, including the twiist device, to meet or exceed business development goals.
- Collaborate with Territory Business Leaders and Clinical Diabetes Specialists to drive new customer starts.
- Make outbound sales calls to interested customers and manage incoming queue calls.
- Perform customer needs assessments to provide tailored information and solutions.
- Communicate product benefits and pharmacy benefits to customers.
- Manage customer communications throughout their product journey to ensure a positive experience.
- Perform required documentation and data entry in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with field teams, doctors' offices, and customers for effective onboarding.
