Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of successful sales experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer product field.
  • Experience providing remote support in a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrates persistence and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure.
  • Effective prioritization and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Sequel’s product portfolio, including the twiist device, to meet or exceed business development goals.
  • Collaborate with Territory Business Leaders and Clinical Diabetes Specialists to drive new customer starts.
  • Make outbound sales calls to interested customers and manage incoming queue calls.
  • Perform customer needs assessments to provide tailored information and solutions.
  • Communicate product benefits and pharmacy benefits to customers.
  • Manage customer communications throughout their product journey to ensure a positive experience.
  • Perform required documentation and data entry in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate with field teams, doctors' offices, and customers for effective onboarding.
