Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant working experience
- Background in leadership, leadership development, systems change, and/or network building
- Passion and experience in growing leadership capacities through training and coaching
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders while working virtually
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Superior project management skills
- Experience designing and executing remote and in-person learning experiences
- Strong orientation towards diversity, inclusivity and equity
- Fluency in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Support Teach For All network partner organizations in the Americas through high quality coaching and consulting
- Foster peer learning between partner organizations
- Develop resources and training to strengthen local alumni strategies
- Drive regional strategy to strengthen alumni leadership and connectedness
- Devise new programs to develop alumni leadership and peer learning
- Establish trust-based relationships with Heads of Alumni in the Americas
- Provide personalized coaching and consulting to Heads of Alumni
- Manage learning communities and online networks for alumni
- Capture and share stories of alumni leadership and impact
