Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Information Technology.
- 3-5 years of Management / Leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Agile Methodology / SCRUM.
- Deep understanding of SAFe Framework.
- Strong background in Software Development lifecycle (Product Development).
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work in Central Time or Pacific Time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a broad portfolio of large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- Manage a team of approximately 10 direct reports.
- Drive the adoption of SAFe and agile transformation practices.
- Ensure alignment of the Strategic Information Systems Plan with local business priorities.
- Manage IT budget at the Business Unit level.
- Maintain key relationships with senior business partners.
- Manage local relationship with outsourcing partners and performance.
- Responsible for Solution Architecture and standards in compliance with IT Governance.
