- Excellent written English and copywriting ability.
- Strong organizational and execution skills.
- Experience with social media and content workflows.
- Comfortable navigating technical tools, dashboards, and reading documentation.
- Reliable remote setup and internet connection.
- Proactive, execution-focused mindset.
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly and independently.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI workflows, prompt systems, and internal AI tooling.
- Manage company social channels and draft LinkedIn content using AI.
- Handle full-cycle podcast production from recording to publishing.
- Build and manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Update and improve AI-built websites, landing pages, and creative sales collateral.
- Build and send newsletters and nurture sequences.
- Coordinate conferences, webinars, and event logistics.
- Perform light technical operations, including DNS updates and basic GitHub commits.
