Requirements
- 3-5 years in marketing operations, campaign operations, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar)
- Hands-on expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Strong technical execution skills for building workflows, segmentation logic, and automation rules
- Data fluency in spreadsheets, reporting, and funnel analysis
- Process-oriented mindset
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with focus on operational excellence
Responsibilities
- Own enrichment and scoring model maintenance and optimization across the full funnel
- Build and refine lifecycle stage progression rules and automation workflows
- Create lifecycle reporting dashboards and funnel analytics
- Execute always-on program technical builds including in-product nurtures, email campaigns, and outbound sequences
- Manage campaign taxonomy and data hygiene strategy
- Define and monitor lead lifecycle SLAs between marketing and sales
- Analyze conversion rates and lead initiatives to improve conversion
- Refine and validate attribution models
- Ensure lead routing consistency using DACI model implementation
- Document processes and train cross-functional teams
