Requirements

  • 3-5 years in marketing operations, campaign operations, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar)
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • Strong technical execution skills for building workflows, segmentation logic, and automation rules
  • Data fluency in spreadsheets, reporting, and funnel analysis
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with focus on operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Own enrichment and scoring model maintenance and optimization across the full funnel
  • Build and refine lifecycle stage progression rules and automation workflows
  • Create lifecycle reporting dashboards and funnel analytics
  • Execute always-on program technical builds including in-product nurtures, email campaigns, and outbound sequences
  • Manage campaign taxonomy and data hygiene strategy
  • Define and monitor lead lifecycle SLAs between marketing and sales
  • Analyze conversion rates and lead initiatives to improve conversion
  • Refine and validate attribution models
  • Ensure lead routing consistency using DACI model implementation
  • Document processes and train cross-functional teams
