Requirements
- 7-10 years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
- Experience supporting high-velocity outbound motion in marketplace, SaaS, or fintech environments.
- Hands-on CRM experience, specifically Salesforce.
- Experience with outbound sequencing platforms (Outreach, Salesloft).
- Experience with enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay).
- Proficiency in pipeline analysis and forecast methodology.
- Experience deploying AI-powered lead scoring or workflow automation.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain coverage models, stage conversion benchmarks, and velocity metrics.
- Configure sequencing tools, lead routing logic, and workflow automation.
- Build and maintain enrichment and scoring infrastructure.
- Optimize SDR/AE handoff process and measure handoff quality.
- Set and enforce CRM standards and data integrity.
- Support modeling of quota attainment and compensation structures.
- Conduct territory and capacity analysis to identify coverage gaps.
