Requirements

  • 7-10 years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
  • Experience supporting high-velocity outbound motion in marketplace, SaaS, or fintech environments.
  • Hands-on CRM experience, specifically Salesforce.
  • Experience with outbound sequencing platforms (Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Experience with enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay).
  • Proficiency in pipeline analysis and forecast methodology.
  • Experience deploying AI-powered lead scoring or workflow automation.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and benchmarks.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain coverage models, stage conversion benchmarks, and velocity metrics.
  • Configure sequencing tools, lead routing logic, and workflow automation.
  • Build and maintain enrichment and scoring infrastructure.
  • Optimize SDR/AE handoff process and measure handoff quality.
  • Set and enforce CRM standards and data integrity.
  • Support modeling of quota attainment and compensation structures.
  • Conduct territory and capacity analysis to identify coverage gaps.
