Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or marketing (or equivalent experience).
  • Five years of trade marketing or account management experience.
  • Experience managing trade spend.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel skills (Data Analysis, Pivot tables).
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and BW Analyzer.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Proven analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the planning process for the Hispanic Brands business unit.
  • Manage operational strategy and customer relationship development.
  • Manage and adapt distribution channels to develop new opportunities.
  • Lead sales and client-relationship management, analyze market trends, and propose strategic partnerships.
  • Create and analyze business intelligence tools to maximize profit.
  • Negotiate distributor and store contracts.
  • Ensure field sales training on tools including SAP, HANA, and High Jump.
  • Oversee top key accounts and distributors to achieve margin and volume objectives.
  • Provide leadership, talent attraction, retention, and performance management.
