Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or marketing (or equivalent experience).
- Five years of trade marketing or account management experience.
- Experience managing trade spend.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel skills (Data Analysis, Pivot tables).
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and BW Analyzer.
- Proven project management skills.
- Proven analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work within a matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer the planning process for the Hispanic Brands business unit.
- Manage operational strategy and customer relationship development.
- Manage and adapt distribution channels to develop new opportunities.
- Lead sales and client-relationship management, analyze market trends, and propose strategic partnerships.
- Create and analyze business intelligence tools to maximize profit.
- Negotiate distributor and store contracts.
- Ensure field sales training on tools including SAP, HANA, and High Jump.
- Oversee top key accounts and distributors to achieve margin and volume objectives.
- Provide leadership, talent attraction, retention, and performance management.
