  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from outreach and pitching to negotiation and closing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high autonomy in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong adaptability and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Passion for gaming, technology, and AI-driven innovation is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-sized and large game studios to drive long-term business growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the gaming industry and proactively lead outbound sales and partnership initiatives.
  • Manage the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing commercial agreements.
  • Represent the product during client meetings, sales calls, networking events, and industry discussions to strengthen market visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies aligned with industry needs.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across the game development ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the expansion of the commercial pipeline and help scale the product’s presence internationally.
  • Provide market insights and feedback from clients to support product evolution and strategic business decisions.
