Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnership roles within the gaming industry.
- Strong existing network and established relationships with game studios, particularly among mid-sized and large organizations.
- Proven experience engaging with executive stakeholders and decision-makers in the game development sector.
- Solid understanding of game development pipelines, production challenges, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from outreach and pitching to negotiation and closing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with high autonomy in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong adaptability and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Passion for gaming, technology, and AI-driven innovation is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-sized and large game studios to drive long-term business growth and strategic partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities within the gaming industry and proactively lead outbound sales and partnership initiatives.
- Manage the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing commercial agreements.
- Represent the product during client meetings, sales calls, networking events, and industry discussions to strengthen market visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies aligned with industry needs.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across the game development ecosystem.
- Contribute to the expansion of the commercial pipeline and help scale the product’s presence internationally.
- Provide market insights and feedback from clients to support product evolution and strategic business decisions.
