Requirements
- M.S. degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional strategy, curriculum design, K–12 assessment implementation, or education systems leadership.
- Expertise in authoring and publishing systems, including Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud for creating multimedia solutions.
- Experience developing complex learning materials including simulations and JavaScript extensions.
- Operational experience with LMS technologies and standards like xAPI and cmi5.
- Experience implementing ADA Section 508/WCAG accessibility requirements.
- Strong project management and executive-level presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive a clear instructional vision that measurably improves how the SAT Suite shapes classroom practice.
- Establish strategy to translate assessment insights into changes in instructional decision-making.
- Design and refine systems that lead to differentiated but actionable implementation pathways.
- Eliminate fragmentation by driving a unified system that increases usability and reduces friction.
- Define and uphold clear expectations for instructional materials to ensure they inform teaching decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure instructional systems influence product usage and partner success metrics.
- Use adoption data and educator behavior to continuously prioritize improvements.
