Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, clinical operations, healthcare operations, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholder engagement
- Strong ability to translate business priorities into operational execution plans and measurable outcomes
- Deep experience in process design, workflow optimization, and operational scaling in complex environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose root causes and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Proven program and project management capabilities, including planning, execution tracking, and risk mitigation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across executive leaders and frontline teams
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops, working sessions, and cross-functional alignment forums
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping or workflow design platforms
- Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, patient recruitment, or clinical operations is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of strategic initiatives that improve clinical delivery performance, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.
- Lead the end-to-end clinical delivery strategy focused on referral funnel optimization, including intake, outreach, scheduling, conversion, and downstream operational performance
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and leakage points across clinical workflows and translate insights into structured improvement initiatives
- Define and track key operational KPIs in partnership with Data & Analytics to monitor funnel health and measure initiative impact
- Design and implement future-state operating models that improve scalability, consistency, and quality across clinical delivery teams
- Drive cross-functional programs from discovery through execution, including scope definition, governance, milestones, risk management, and reporting
- Partner with leadership to evolve staffing models, centralized workflows, and cross-site coordination mechanisms
- Lead process redesign efforts to eliminate duplication, reduce friction, and improve end-to-end patient and study flow
- Prepare executive-level materials to support prioritization, decision-making, and performance tracking
