Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
- 7 years’ professional work experience in clinical research or project management.
- Experience managing multiple complex studies concurrently.
- Demonstrated experience managing clinical trials independently.
- Experience leading through influence in a hybrid model (dotted-line leadership).
- Pharma / CRO management experience (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Associate Director or equivalent role (preferred).
- Project Management or Clinical Research Certification such as PMP or CCRP (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Drive the operational execution and performance of a portfolio of Accelero studies.
- Set operational cadence and champion standard work to ensure consistent delivery.
- Manage portfolio-level KPIs and dashboards for accountability and focus.
- Proactively identify trends, address performance gaps, and turn insights into action.
- Engage in sponsor and customer governance to provide data-driven insights and escalation paths.
- Translate sponsor priorities into executable operational plans.
- Lead continuous improvement and process optimization efforts.
- Coordinate SWAT Accelero deployment through a hybrid leadership model.
