Technical and analytical capabilities with data stacks and systems architecture.
Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or comparable tools.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated ability to balance speed, innovation, and governance.

Lead the operational strategy for AI initiatives across product delivery functions.
Act as the central point of coordination between Product, Engineering, Data, and Go-To-Market teams.
Build, manage, and scale a high-performing AI Product Delivery Operations function.
Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tooling.
Define and monitor AI adoption, performance, productivity, and ROI metrics.
Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for AI tools and workflows.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within product operations processes.
Support executive decision-making by translating complex technical concepts into business insights.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and encourage innovation.
