- 5+ years leading product operations, program operations, or related technical operations teams.
- Experience building or transforming product operations infrastructure in high-growth environments.
- Strong fluency with AI tools and LLMs (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Cursor).
- Hands-on experience operationalizing AI workflows and AI-enabled delivery systems.
- Technical and analytical capabilities with data stacks and systems architecture.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or comparable tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to balance speed, innovation, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational strategy for AI initiatives across product delivery functions.
- Act as the central point of coordination between Product, Engineering, Data, and Go-To-Market teams.
- Build, manage, and scale a high-performing AI Product Delivery Operations function.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tooling.
- Define and monitor AI adoption, performance, productivity, and ROI metrics.
- Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for AI tools and workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within product operations processes.
- Support executive decision-making by translating complex technical concepts into business insights.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and encourage innovation.
