Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development.
- Proven success managing partnership ecosystems across EMEA and/or APAC.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
- Experience developing executive relationships with global consultancies and cloud providers.
- Strong knowledge of cloud partnership programs and co-sell motions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Solid understanding of enterprise AI, machine learning, or cloud technology landscapes.
- Ability to design and execute strategic go-to-market programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Based in the UK or Germany, with willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets across EMEA and APAC regions.
- Develop and execute regional partnership strategies focused on cloud providers, systems integrators, and consultancies.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners.
- Launch and scale co-sell initiatives with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Design and implement joint go-to-market programs and regional sales engagement strategies.
- Establish partner enablement frameworks including onboarding, training, and certifications.
- Monitor partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence metrics.
- Represent the organization at regional industry events and executive briefings.
