Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development.
  • Proven success managing partnership ecosystems across EMEA and/or APAC.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Experience developing executive relationships with global consultancies and cloud providers.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud partnership programs and co-sell motions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Solid understanding of enterprise AI, machine learning, or cloud technology landscapes.
  • Ability to design and execute strategic go-to-market programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Based in the UK or Germany, with willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets across EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Develop and execute regional partnership strategies focused on cloud providers, systems integrators, and consultancies.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners.
  • Launch and scale co-sell initiatives with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Design and implement joint go-to-market programs and regional sales engagement strategies.
  • Establish partner enablement frameworks including onboarding, training, and certifications.
  • Monitor partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence metrics.
  • Represent the organization at regional industry events and executive briefings.
