Requirements
- Experience in product operations, project coordination, PMO, or data operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Hands-on experience with work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar
- Experience in client-facing roles requiring coordination of technical or operational requirements
- Strong understanding of healthcare or pharmacy claims data structures and file formats
- Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional product and data lifecycle initiatives from intake through delivery
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Support client implementation processes by gathering data requirements and validating configurations
- Collaborate with vendors and clients to obtain and validate data files
- Administer and maintain Azure DevOps environments and user access controls
- Ensure operational tools accurately reflect lifecycle data and governance standards
- Produce and maintain documentation for workflows and operational processes
- Support reporting, audits, and leadership visibility
- Partner with Product and Data teams to ensure compliance and consistency
