Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, product operations, PMO, or data operations
- Hands-on experience with work management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Smartsheet)
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience working in client-facing environments
- Strong understanding of pharmacy claims data structures and file layouts
- Proficiency with SQL
- Proficiency with Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Informatics, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product applications, data flows, and lifecycle activities
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
- Support standardized product and data lifecycle processes from intake through delivery and retirement
- Partner with product teams to ensure accurate and timely data implementation
- Work directly with clients to gather data requirements and secure configuration approvals
- Administer Azure DevOps projects, boards, workflows, and user permissions
- Maintain documentation for lifecycle workflows, standards, and tool administration
