Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, product operations, PMO, or data operations
- Hands-on experience with work management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Smartsheet)
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in client-facing environments
- Understanding of pharmacy claims data structures and file layouts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with SQL
- Proficiency with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Informatics, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product applications, data flows, and lifecycle activities
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
- Partner with product teams and clients to ensure accurate data implementation
- Gather data requirements and obtain file layouts from vendors
- Administer Azure DevOps projects, boards, and workflows
- Ensure lifecycle data accuracy and consistency in reporting tools
- Maintain documentation for workflows, standards, and best practices
