Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in program management, product management, project management, customer success, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience working within highly matrixed and cross-functional organizations
  • Proven experience driving alignment across product, engineering, marketing, and revenue teams
  • Strong understanding of SaaS or cloud platform product development lifecycle environments
  • Experience with launch readiness, release management, or go-to-market operations across product portfolios
  • Demonstrated ability to build operational frameworks, workflows, and scalable processes from the ground up
  • Experience creating data-driven dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting for program tracking and operational health
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and maintain momentum in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex cross-functional programs that support product readiness, launch coordination, and operational execution across multiple teams
  • Drive alignment between product, engineering, marketing, revenue, legal, and support stakeholders to ensure successful launch outcomes
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps that could impact release timelines, customer readiness, or go-to-market success
  • Develop and maintain launch readiness frameworks, dashboards, workflows, and operational processes that improve scalability and predictability
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure program health, launch success, and operational effectiveness
  • Facilitate decision-making discussions, maintain transparency across stakeholders, and ensure accountability throughout program lifecycles
  • Improve business processes by applying lessons learned from previous launches and implementing scalable operational best practices
  • Build executive-level reporting and visibility into release health, readiness status, and cross-functional progress
  • Promote operational rigor and continuous improvement across the organization by sharing insights, frameworks, and best practices
