Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience at fast-paced technology companies.
- At least 3 years in GTM functions or Corporate Functions.
- Deep understanding of at least two domains: sales/CRM, support/help desk, compliance/fraud, finance/ERP, legal/CLM, or HR/HCM.
- Proven ability to build products for diverse user personas within a unified platform strategy.
- Strong technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, agentic systems, workflow automation, and conversational AI.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data independently.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable business impact.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Enterprise AI across GTM and Corporate Functions.
- Lead cross-functional product development across multiple business domains.
- Build AI-powered solutions for sales productivity, support automation, and compliance/risk operations.
- Develop AI solutions for finance, legal, and HR operations.
- Leverage Enterprise AI platform to build agentic solutions and automate workflows.
- Integrate with enterprise systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, Workday, and NetSuite.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML teams to ensure scalability.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into product requirements.
- Drive product adoption through training and end-user feedback.
- Measure and communicate product impact using business metrics.
