Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban, including principles, ceremonies, and practical application.
- Experience using agile tools such as Jira and Trello for planning, tracking, and managing project activities.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including boards, repositories, pipelines, and testing features.
- Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies in an engaging and effective manner.
- Strong skills in identifying and removing impediments to ensure team productivity and flow.
- Experience in conflict resolution, team motivation, and fostering a positive working environment.
- Ability to promote agile best practices such as continuous delivery and iterative development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile certifications such as Scrum Master (PSM, Scrum Alliance, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Experience in financial services or leadership roles in development teams is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring effective participation and engagement from the team.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments that block team progress, proactively supporting delivery continuity.
- Act as a servant leader, promoting agile principles such as incremental delivery, continuous integration, and continuous improvement practices.
- Support teams in managing workloads, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining focus on delivering business value.
- Mediate conflicts and foster a collaborative, respectful, and productive team environment.
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery goals.
- Encourage a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across agile teams.
