Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional Agile teams across product, engineering, QA, and design.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and delivery best practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Ability to operate simultaneously at the team level and at the program level.
- Track record of producing and maintaining executive-level reporting and program governance artifacts.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication in complex, client-facing environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile management platforms.
- Active Scrum certification: CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
- Advanced English Level is required.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and clearly defined sprint goals.
- Proactively identify, manage, and remove impediments and blockers impacting delivery.
- Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, throughput, and sprint predictability.
- Own program-level planning activities including quarterly planning (PI Planning / OKR alignment), cross-team dependency mapping, and milestone tracking.
- Develop and maintain program-level artifacts: integrated roadmaps, RAID logs, program status reports, and executive dashboards.
- Serve as the primary coordination point between delivery teams, senior stakeholders, and client-side program offices.
