Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification required.
- Strong experience working as a Scrum Lead/Scrum Master with engineering or software development teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience driving Agile transformation and implementation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive Agile implementation and transformation initiatives.
- Remove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint and project goals.
- Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Track sprint progress, team velocity, risks, and dependencies using Agile management tools.
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.
- Support release planning and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Drive effective communication between business, technical teams, and leadership.
