Job Details

8+ years of experience in technical project/delivery management, business analysis, and multi-system application delivery.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex integrations across ERP, CRM, and related platforms.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite ERP, iPaaS (Boomi), eCommerce platforms, and CLM systems.
Understanding of APIs, middleware, and data integration patterns.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, hybrid).
Ability to influence without formal authority.
Confidence working with ambiguity and in a high-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Own end to end technical delivery across core enterprise platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi, and eCommerce/CLM systems.
Act as the primary point of accountability for cross system dependencies, integration sequencing, and delivery impacts.
Ensure integrations are designed and delivered in a way that is scalable, secure, and supportable.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to challenge requirements and translate them into technical requirements and integration impacts.
Define must have vs nice to have requirements and support scope control.
Proactively identify technical, data, and integration risks and communicate mitigation options.
Build and maintain integrated delivery plans spanning multiple platforms and vendors.
Ensure delivery aligns with agreed architecture, integration standards, and enterprise patterns.
Translate technical constraints into business level implications for functional leaders.
