- Experience as a Project Manager
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Experience leading large-scale technology modernization projects
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Understanding of architecture-level solutions
- Experience guiding end-to-end program delivery across the SDLC
- Experience using MS Project, Jira, Confluence
- Experience partnering with Financial Institutions and facilitating executive reporting
Responsibilities
- Perform as technical project manager on small to large client project implementations
- Lead a project team across multiple organizations to oversee the success of client implementation
- Manage work with multiple delivery teams to define roadmaps and program interdependencies using Agile methodology
- Provide task assignments, work direction and guidance to the project team
- Lead tech-enabled projects and manage daily operations, including analyzing workflow and setting deadlines
- Act as a bridge between delivery, engineering, product and Sales
- Represent Experian in client meetings and perform executive status reporting
- Build artifacts and templates, participate on process improvement projects and develop best practices
