Requirements
- University Degree and minimum 8 years relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years experience.
- Front-end development experience: Typescript (Angular, React), CSS (Bootstrap, FontAwesome), JavaScript (Angular JS, jQuery).
- Back-end development experience: Java, Python, .Net, MVC Frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Core, Flask), ORM's (JPA, EFCore), Testing Frameworks (JUnit, Pytest, XUnit).
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience in a scrum agile development environment.
- Effective presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders, customers, product owners, and solution architects to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Communicate and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technically lead, mentor, coach, and contribute to an application development team.
- Collaborate with application developers to create and manage prioritized application technical roadmaps.
- Manage and prioritize an application portfolio backlog of new features, enhancements, and infrastructural requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership across multiple teams to resolve significant application challenges.
