Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Lead with a strong focus on Automation.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for creating and executing automated regression scripts.
- Expertise in Jira and qTest for defect tracking and test documentation.
- Solid background in end-to-end regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience in Learning Systems or complex vendor-based platforms is highly valued.
- Ability to provide BSA support, including requirement clarification and validation.
- High ownership and proactive communication skills to raise risks early.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end regression testing for vendor releases, enhancements, and configuration changes across learning platforms.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in close partnership with business stakeholders.
- Maintain, update, and execute automated test scripts specifically using Playwright.
- Identify opportunities to expand automation coverage as platform capabilities evolve and analyze automation runs.
- Communicate and track defects with vendors to ensure quick resolution and validate fixes across sandbox and production environments.
- Document comprehensive test results using Jira and qTest.
- Provide secondary BSA support, including reviewing requirements and translating business needs into testable acceptance criteria.
- Partner with the Technical Lead to identify test scenarios, potential risks, and edge cases early in the cycle.
- Assist with basic ticket triage and coordinate vendor follow-ups as needed.
