Requirements
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Software Testing leadership roles.
- Hands-on expertise with automated testing tools and frameworks, particularly Playwright.
- Strong experience executing regression testing, UAT coordination, and defect lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Jira, qTest, and test management/documentation practices.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and collaborative software delivery environments.
- Experience working with learning systems or enterprise platforms is considered an advantage.
- Ability to review and clarify business requirements while translating them into effective test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- High level of accountability, adaptability, and proactive risk management in remote work environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end regression testing activities for platform releases, enhancements, and configuration updates.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside business stakeholders to ensure alignment with functional expectations.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Execute and analyze automated testing runs using Playwright and other automation tools.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely communication and resolution with vendors and technical teams.
- Validate fixes, enhancements, and platform stability across development, sandbox, and production environments.
- Maintain detailed testing documentation, including evidence, screenshots, test results, and defect reports using Jira and qTest.
- Collaborate with technical leadership to identify testing scenarios, business risks, and edge cases early in the development lifecycle.
- Provide secondary support in business systems analysis activities, including requirement clarification and validation.
- Assist with ticket triage, acceptance criteria definition, and translation of business needs into testable requirements.
