Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack engineering
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frontend development and React
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping complex distributed systems
- 3+ years of experience leading small engineering teams (3-6 engineers)
- Strong foundations in Computer Science
- Fluency with Internet web technologies and modern full-stack Web Application tech stacks
- Familiar with best practices of web DevOPS and QA
- Advanced English Level
Responsibilities
- Be a hands on technical lead for a team of 3-5 web engineers
- Develop & improve web feature capabilities
- Coordinate complex technology roadmaps with a distributed development team
- Be a trusted partner to product managers, designers, and company leadership
- Drive audience growth with seamless customer journeys
- Design and promote healthy & effective engineering practices
