Requirements

  • Proven experience leading QA activities for system implementations in Logistics, Parcel, Transportation, or Customs/Brokerage
  • Deep understanding of Mexico Brokerage operations, customs processes, and parcel clearance flows
  • Strong hybrid background (BA + QA) with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Expertise in QA methodologies including test case design, UAT support, and defect management
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or HP ALM
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Oral English
  • Advanced Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Lead QA and implementation support for the SLAMNET-Parcel rollout in Mexico
  • Act as the primary liaison between the vendor, technical teams, Mexico Brokerage business stakeholders, and QA resources
  • Translate complex Brokerage operations and customs processes into clear functional specifications, test scenarios, and validation criteria
  • Track implementation lifecycle artifacts including progress, defects, functional gaps, risks, and escalations
  • Coordinate QA teams and delegate testing activities while ensuring timely defect resolution
  • Define comprehensive QA test plans, acceptance criteria, and regression testing activities
  • Perform issue triage and validate delivered functionality before UAT and production deployment
  • Support go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilization
