Requirements
- Proven experience leading QA activities for system implementations in Logistics, Parcel, Transportation, or Customs/Brokerage
- Deep understanding of Mexico Brokerage operations, customs processes, and parcel clearance flows
- Strong hybrid background (BA + QA) with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Expertise in QA methodologies including test case design, UAT support, and defect management
- Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or HP ALM
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Oral English
- Advanced Spanish
Responsibilities
- Lead QA and implementation support for the SLAMNET-Parcel rollout in Mexico
- Act as the primary liaison between the vendor, technical teams, Mexico Brokerage business stakeholders, and QA resources
- Translate complex Brokerage operations and customs processes into clear functional specifications, test scenarios, and validation criteria
- Track implementation lifecycle artifacts including progress, defects, functional gaps, risks, and escalations
- Coordinate QA teams and delegate testing activities while ensuring timely defect resolution
- Define comprehensive QA test plans, acceptance criteria, and regression testing activities
- Perform issue triage and validate delivered functionality before UAT and production deployment
- Support go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilization
