Requirements

  • Strong ability to manage ambiguous projects and convert complex requirements into structured execution plans.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams such as solutions engineers, delivery, or customer success teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team setup.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customers, ensuring timely and successful onboarding aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Translate complex customer needs into clear configuration plans, workflows, and system setups within platform capabilities.
  • Coordinate across customer success, technical, and product stakeholders to manage delivery timelines, dependencies, and internal tasks.
  • Track project progress, report KPIs, and proactively manage risks, scope changes, and potential blockers.
  • Configure and optimize the SaaS platform for each customer use case, ensuring accuracy and usability.
  • Manage multiple concurrent implementations while maintaining quality, organization, and responsiveness.
