Requirements
- Extensive experience managing global or regional payroll implementations.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and empower teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience driving process improvement.
- Working knowledge of payroll systems like SAP or Workday.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Global Payroll Implementation team.
- Support the professional growth of team members and promote collaboration.
- Act as a strategic escalation point for complex implementation issues.
- Own the delivery of global payroll implementation projects ensuring compliance.
- Monitor progress against KPIs and SLAs.
- Standardise and improve global payroll implementation processes and documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, automation, and integrations.
- Lead or support user acceptance testing and change management initiatives.
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding implementation progress.
