  • Prior experience in agency or multi-client environments.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing principles and performance analysis methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience creating AI-powered writing workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, Claude Projects).
  • Ability to quickly replicate distinct brand voices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong self-management skills for independent remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Write high-performing conversion copy for A/B tests, including headlines, CTAs, and value propositions.
  • Develop persuasive landing page content from briefs and wireframes.
  • Create email and SMS lifecycle campaign copy.
  • Produce paid media copy for platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze underperforming messaging and propose data-backed improvements.
  • Adapt to multiple client brand voices across B2B, B2C, and nonprofit sectors.
  • Partner with strategists and analysts to support experimentation roadmaps.
  • Build, train, and maintain brand-specific AI writing agents.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with proactive communication.
