Requirements
- 4+ years in direct response copywriting, CRO, or growth marketing
- Track record of improving CVR, AOV, or funnel performance
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology and behavioral economics
- Experience with offer positioning and objection handling
- Hands-on experience with Hotjar, VWO, GA4, and Microsoft Clarity
- Experience in supplements, wellness, or beauty industry preferred
Responsibilities
- Write and optimize landing, product, and offer pages
- Develop messaging frameworks based on customer psychology
- Build and execute structured A/B testing roadmaps
- Create hypotheses based on analytics and user behavior
- Analyze heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel drop-offs
- Conduct customer interviews and usability testing
- Collaborate with CRO, design, media buyer, and product teams
