- Own and manage the Email and SMS marketing calendar across campaigns and automated flows.
- Build, optimize, and maintain lifecycle automations including Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, and Winback flows.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase retention, subscription adoption, and customer lifetime value.
- Execute a structured experimentation roadmap covering subject lines, messaging, offers, and segmentation.
- Analyze lifecycle performance, build reporting dashboards, and surface actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with Growth, Creative, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure brand alignment.
