Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic content plans for email marketing and SMS campaigns.
- Write high-converting copy for retention and acquisition initiatives, including emails, SMS flows, landing pages, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with strategists, project managers, and designers for cohesive messaging.
- Utilize AI-assisted systems and marketing tools for efficient campaign content.
- Maintain quality assurance for grammar, tone, and brand alignment.
- Conduct research on industry trends and customer behavior to improve performance.
- Support onboarding and contribute to team departmental goals.
- Manage creative assets and project timelines in a remote environment.
