Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic content plans for email marketing and SMS campaigns.

  • Collaborate with strategists, project managers, and designers for cohesive messaging.
  • Utilize AI-assisted systems and marketing tools for efficient campaign content.
  • Maintain quality assurance for grammar, tone, and brand alignment.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and customer behavior to improve performance.
  • Support onboarding and contribute to team departmental goals.
