Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise client success, account management, or customer success within a SaaS environment
  • Strong background in marketing technology, digital marketing, or email marketing platforms
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships and drive commercial outcomes
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand data structures, martech ecosystems, and campaign optimization strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across both technical and executive audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in renewals, contract negotiation, and revenue expansion ownership
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving startup or scale-up environments
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams
  • Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree required; experience in enterprise marketing automation tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end client relationship post-sale, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for an enterprise portfolio
  • Develop and execute tailored client success plans aligned with customer business objectives, marketing strategies, and technical needs
  • Drive renewals, contract negotiations, and expansion opportunities while ensuring long-term account growth and retention
  • Act as a project and program manager for client initiatives, coordinating internal teams to ensure delivery against success plans and milestones
  • Partner with clients to optimize marketing performance through better use of data, segmentation, personalization, and platform capabilities
  • Lead executive-level client engagement, ensuring alignment on strategy, value delivery, and roadmap priorities
  • Identify and mitigate risks, including competitive threats, while proactively addressing client challenges
  • Collaborate with Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams to translate client feedback into actionable improvements
  • Participate in pre-sales discovery and business development conversations to support new client acquisition
  • Maintain structured communication cadences including status updates, reviews, and strategic planning sessions
