Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare, medical, wellness, or physical therapy setting.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven customer service or client-facing experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using scheduling tools, CRMs, Google Workspace, and office software.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
- Experience supporting healthcare administration or patient coordination is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and calendar coordination.
- Respond to emails, messages, and phone inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and record management.
- Support insurance verification and patient intake processes when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality standards are followed.
- Coordinate with therapists and office staff to streamline workflows and daily operations.
- Provide excellent customer support to patients before, during, and after appointments.
- Assist with follow-ups, reminders, and general office organization tasks.
