Responsibilities

  • Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and calendar coordination.
  • Respond to emails, messages, and phone inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and record management.
  • Support insurance verification and patient intake processes when required.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality standards are followed.
  • Coordinate with therapists and office staff to streamline workflows and daily operations.
  • Provide excellent customer support to patients before, during, and after appointments.
  • Assist with follow-ups, reminders, and general office organization tasks.
