Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain Amazon storefront with optimized product listings
  • Update and replace booking platform links including VRBO to Expedia migrations
  • Ensure all online listings are accurate, current, and conversion-optimized
  • Add and update clickable links across website pages and maintain site freshness
  • Manage multiple WhatsApp student groups and send weekly announcements
  • Respond promptly to student inquiries via WhatsApp and email
  • Communicate with international vendors and maintain relationship database
  • Process and confirm bookings with attention to detail
  • Research new destination opportunities and travel trends
  • Support event-based programs and seasonal promotional activities
