- Self-starter who can work independently across time zones
- Comfortable managing vendor relationships and student communities
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain Amazon storefront with optimized product listings
- Update and replace booking platform links including VRBO to Expedia migrations
- Ensure all online listings are accurate, current, and conversion-optimized
- Add and update clickable links across website pages and maintain site freshness
- Manage multiple WhatsApp student groups and send weekly announcements
- Respond promptly to student inquiries via WhatsApp and email
- Communicate with international vendors and maintain relationship database
- Process and confirm bookings with attention to detail
- Research new destination opportunities and travel trends
- Support event-based programs and seasonal promotional activities
