Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in investor services
- 1+ years of people management experience
- Experience with Treasury, LP onboarding, compliance (KYC/AML), investor reporting, and K-1 delivery
- Detail oriented with strong project management skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience training and coaching junior team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and self-starter skills
Responsibilities
- Hire, train and lead a team of investor service generalists
- Oversee Treasury and Services activities including distribution/redemption payments and contribution reconciliation
- Manage LP onboarding, compliance (KYC/AML), investor reporting, and communications
- Handle escalations and improve customer satisfaction
- Review team staffing and project boards to ensure timely delivery
- Review team deliverables for accuracy
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Build systems to track team and customer data
