Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare or high-volume clinical settings
- Direct experience recruiting mental or behavioral health providers strongly preferred
- Demonstrated interest in mental health, community health, or mission-driven work
- Working knowledge of mental health licensure pathways, supervision requirements, and credentialing
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
- Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Gem
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent judgment on clinical and cultural fit
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for mental health professionals
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including professional networks, licensing boards, and job boards
- Conduct initial screenings to assess clinical qualifications, licensing status, and cultural fit
- Partner closely with clinical leadership and COO to understand role requirements
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape
- Ensure compliance with healthcare recruiting regulations
- Complete background checks, reference verification, and credentialing processes
