Experience: 7+ years

Requirements

7+ years in talent acquisition experience.
Proven experience building and scaling a recruiting function from scratch.
Managed recruiters and led teams to hit hiring targets.
Strong analytical and operational mindset.
Proficiency with recruitment funnels, conversion rates, and capacity models.
Hands-on experience with outbound sourcing tools and multitouch cadences.
Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
Clinical or therapist hiring experience preferred.
Startup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead recruiting for clinical roles against monthly therapist hiring targets.
Manage and grow the recruiting team as volume increases.
Stand up recruiting tech stack and workflows (ATS, sourcing, scheduling, reporting).
Build analytics for pipeline health, conversion, source effectiveness, and cost-per-hire.
Translate growth plans into hiring plans aligned with patient demand.
Partner with the clinical team to define qualified candidates and sharpen sourcing.
Develop employer brand strategies to increase inbound applications.
