Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment.
  • Experience with sales cycles under 2–3 months.
  • Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+).
  • Track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence presenting, writing, and speaking with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot.
  • Comfort with data and reporting, including Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead consultative intro calls (inbound) with parents and students to understand their goals.
  • Own the relationship with prospective students and families from first touch through enrollment.
  • Follow up strategically and consistently to stay connected with prospects.
  • Experiment and innovate with new scripts, messaging, and follow-up strategies.
  • Close deals across a range of programs and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, counseling, and finance teams.
  • Stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends.
  • Manage the full sales cycle using HubSpot CRM.
  • Forecast enrollments accurately by managing deal stages.
  • Support onboarding and customer success for newly enrolled students.
