Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in outbound development.
- Previous cold-calling experience.
- Proven track record of generating SQLs in B2B environments.
- Strong ability to build rapport and uncover prospect needs.
- Results-driven, competitive, and coachable mindset.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent presentation, writing, and business development skills.
- Minimum of a four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work successfully in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new partners fitting the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP).
- Manage and vet partner-sourced leads for qualification.
- Act as subject matter expert on discovery calls with partners.
- Train partner sales teams on pitching and objection handling.
- Assist partners in utilizing Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
- Generate SQLs through outbound calling into partner customer bases.
- Participate in virtual learning, role-plays, and training.
- Maintain activity levels and achieve monthly quota attainment.
