Requirements
- 3-5 years of business development or commercial inside sales experience.
- Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred.
- Strong prospecting skills.
- Ability to develop business in new and existing accounts.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
- Ability to work in CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
- Research accounts and identify key players within an assigned territory.
- Qualify prospects and route to appropriate Sales Executives.
- Collaborate on sales proposals and prospect presentations.
- Coordinate with Pricing, RFP support, and Strategic Account Management teams.
- Meet weekly metrics for outbound calls, virtual meetings, and email outreach.
