Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and coach the Consulting, Booking, and Follow-up teams.
- Design tactics to achieve booking and consultation conversion rates of ≥ 25%.
- Refine sales scripts and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce contract execution times.
- Present detailed performance reports, revenue trends, and data visualizations to senior management.
- Lead post-sale initiatives to ensure a retention rate of 90%.
- Attend the consultation day events.
