Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams (SDRs, Onboarding, Marketing, Enablement).
- Track and analyze sales metrics and forecasts.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in SaaS sales.
