Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or B2B SaaS
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and partner relationships simultaneously
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with the employer and health plan ecosystem (navigators, PBMs, or TPAs) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day relationship management for a portfolio of channel partners
  • Identify opportunities to deepen adoption and unlock new commercial pathways
  • Stay close to partner priorities and market dynamics
  • Partner with Sales to activate partner-sourced opportunities and support RFP processes
  • Surface growth signals and flag expansion opportunities
  • Escalate risks and contribute to building scalable partnership processes and playbooks
  • Contribute to QBR and ABR preparation
  • Maintain reporting hygiene and provide data-informed insights
