Requirements
- 10+ years of client-facing experience at a digital marketing or professional services agency.
- 5+ years leading managers in a CS, Account Management, or services function.
- Track record of building or rebuilding a CS organization at scale.
- Hands-on experience designing CS systems (CRM configuration, onboarding workflows, reporting, SLAs).
- Comfortable presenting to executive leadership, board members, and PE investors.
- Experience in regulated or high-touch B2B verticals (legal, financial, medical).
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent operating experience.
- Ability to operate at executive altitude and handle strategic infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Serve as executive sponsor to high-value firms and manage retention strategy.
- Build, lead, and scale the Client Success organization.
- Partner with Sales to drive upsell and cross-sell across services.
- Own quarterly expansion targets and develop account growth plans.
- Audit and rebuild client success infrastructure including CRM and reporting.
- Design and roll out a scalable operating model.
- Report on client base health to executive leadership.
