Requirements

  • 10+ years of client-facing experience at a digital marketing or professional services agency.
  • 5+ years leading managers in a CS, Account Management, or services function.
  • Track record of building or rebuilding a CS organization at scale.
  • Hands-on experience designing CS systems (CRM configuration, onboarding workflows, reporting, SLAs).
  • Comfortable presenting to executive leadership, board members, and PE investors.
  • Experience in regulated or high-touch B2B verticals (legal, financial, medical).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent operating experience.
  • Ability to operate at executive altitude and handle strategic infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as executive sponsor to high-value firms and manage retention strategy.
  • Build, lead, and scale the Client Success organization.
  • Partner with Sales to drive upsell and cross-sell across services.
  • Own quarterly expansion targets and develop account growth plans.
  • Audit and rebuild client success infrastructure including CRM and reporting.
  • Design and roll out a scalable operating model.
  • Report on client base health to executive leadership.
