Requirements
- Doctoral degree in scientific or medical discipline
- 8+ years experience as an MSL or similar pharmaceutical/biotech role
- 3+ years experience as an MSL in lung cancer disease state
- Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development
- Experience within the oncology therapeutic area
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of time
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions
- Communicate clinical and scientific data to KOLs and healthcare professionals
- Support the synthesis and communicate scientific insights from KOLs
- Provide scientific support for medical congresses and advisory boards
- Establish credibility as a scientific expert for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical affairs, clinical development, and marketing
- Stay current with scientific literature and competitive landscape
